Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per person payable by credit or debit card. Balance to be paid on arrival.
If you need to amend your booking the deposit may be transferred once only to alternative dates (within two months of original dates) provided we are given seven days notice of the change. Subject to availability and excluding bookings made for Bank Holiday periods.
If the booking is cancelled in less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, the balance of the first nights stay will be charged to the credit/debit card details provided.
In the event of a ‘no show’ or cancellation after arrival, the balance of the first nights stay of the booking will be charged to the credit/debit card details provided.
We remind our guests that all bookings by telephone, in writing or in person, constitutes a contract in law. We recommend that insurance be taken out in case of cancellation.
No Smoking Policy
Holmlea Guest House has a strict no smoking policy in all internal areas of the guest house.
